An I'm A Celebrity star quits a trial tonight as they admit, "I don't think I've got it in me."
The South Africa series is days away from the final, with Gemma Collins, Seann Walsh and David Haye having already been eliminated from the camp.
The likes of Scarlett Moffatt, Adam Thomas and Ashley Roberts are still facing Ant and Dec's bushtucker trials, but tonight, it becomes too much for one contestant.
Following the sudden news that one campmate has been forced to quit on medical advice, leaving them "gutted", the camp is already shaken.
And tensions are further brewing when a bushtucker trial sparks more drama, as Ant and Dec announce major news on Tuesday, April 21.
Dec shares: "For the next few days, you'll be taking on trials and challenges in pairs. Your fate going forward will depend on how well you perform during each trial in that pair."
Ant then explains: "You're each going to take a stone from this bag. If you pick a red stone that means you get to choose your partner. If you pick a white stone, you have to wait to be picked."
The pairings see Mo with Harry, Jimmy with Adam, Ashley with Scarlett and Craig with Sinitta, as Dec warns that the pair who finish in final place will be sent home immediately.
Ant details the trial, saying: "This is Rancid Run. One half of the pair will be locked inside the cage at the end retrieving cogs from an abacus, using only their tongue. Once you've got a cog, all you've got to do, pass it to your partner."
Dec continues: "Once your partner has the cog, they will make their way through the Rancid Run to the box at the end and place the cog on top of the box. Only when the cog is on the box, can your partner start working on retrieving the next cog. There's five cogs to collect."
When the trial starts, Jimmy is frozen, admitting: "Boys, I don't think I've got it in me."
He then brings the trial to an unexpected stop and says "I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!" sparking an argument with Adam after the moved the first cog through the abacus.
"So, what are we doing now?" Ashley asks as Ant & Dec inform the celebrities that the trial is suspended and they must exit the area.
Jimmy and Adam continue their heated discussion, while the rest of the campmates watch on, and their disagreement leads the others to make an important decision, which affects one person's fate in camp.
This comes after comedian Seann, who was the first eliminated, revealed the challenges in this All Stars series are harder than ever.
Following his exit from camp, he said: "The trials were harder and scarier. It felt like it was turned up to eleven, so that just put more anxiety into the camp.
"The pleasure for me doing the jungle was the extraordinary people you get to live with. I don't think I'll ever forget that. It felt strange for me being in their presence, because they are almost historic figures in entertainment and sport. That doesn't go over the top of my head."
He had earlier described I'm A Celebrity... South Africa as "bigger, badder and harder"., saying on Good Morning Britain: "In the original series you might get one eating challenge, and one thing you've got to eat through, but now it's many, dozens, so it's much harder."
I'm A Celebrity... South Africa airs weeknights at 9pm on ITV1, ITVX, STV and STV PLAYER
